Job Summary

Responsible for the integrity of the information in Address Book and Item Master. The Address Book includes both customer & vendor master information for all divisions for Shiseido Americas Corporation. Item master includes all financial and sales structure for each items: including price, cost, and locations.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for the timely entry, maintenance, and integrity of the address book (customer & vendor) and coordinating detailed address book information requirements with the following departments in SAP/S4 HANA and MDG Co-deploy. Work closely with internal departments to find and alleviate system inefficiencies to find solutions with counterparts.
• Sales Administration/Ops
• Marketing/Brand Teams
• Traffic
• Information Systems (IT/IS)
• Finance
• Procurement
• Global Master Data Management team
  
  

• Responsible for the timely entry, maintenance, and integrity of the Item Master and coordinating detailed Item Master information requirements with the following departments in SAP/S4 HANA
• Sales Administration/Ops
• Marketing/Brand Teams
• Information Systems (IT/IS)

• Responsible for updating of Price Book Data Base in SAP/S4 HANA.
• Maintain the flags for the Web for item interfaces
• Manage exception reporting
• Special projects and other duties as assigned
  
  

• Responsible for creating training documentation for immediate area of responsibility.
• Maintain and update documentation as system enhancements are made.
• Knowledge share and train back up personnel on team
  

Qualifications & Competencies

• Very Detail Oriented – Thorough
• Results / Deadline oriented
• Familiarity with Cosmetics/skincare/beauty industry a plus
• High level of accuracy, able to detect inconsistencies and errors
• Bachelor Degree preferred- Data Analysis or Related Degree
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills preferred
• 3-5 year of database experience preferred
