Compensation: $20-30 BOE


Job Type: Part- Time (Up to 25 hours depending on your availability)


Hours/Shift:

  • Afternoons/Evenings
  • Every day from Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed


As a Compass ABA- Behavior Technician, your responsibilities will include:


  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
  • Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
  • Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment goals
  • Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to create and maintain a positive learning environment
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures
  • Follow the ABA Treatment Plan and corresponding treatment goals as designed by the BCBA


Required Skills:

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or college degree in a related field preferred
  • Highly dedicated to providing the best quality services
  • Eagerness to learn
  • Previous experience working with children or with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities is preferred
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients, families, and team members
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet
  • Reliable transportation to travel to client homes or other designated locations
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Employment type
