Compensation: $20-30 BOE
Job Type: Part- Time (Up to 25 hours depending on your availability)

Afternoons/Evenings
Every day from Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
As a Compass ABA- Behavior Technician, your responsibilities will include:
Implement behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment goals
Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to create and maintain a positive learning environment
Follow all safety protocols and procedures
Follow the ABA Treatment Plan and corresponding treatment goals as designed by the BCBA
Required Skills:
Minimum of a high school diploma or college degree in a related field preferred
Highly dedicated to providing the best quality services
Eagerness to learn
Previous experience working with children or with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities is preferred
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients, families, and team members
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet
Reliable transportation to travel to client homes or other designated locations
Ability to pass a background check
