We are recruiting a Temporary Staffing Recruitment and Bookings to join our dynamic Resourcing Team.

As the Temporary Staffing Bookings and Recruitment Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for temporary workers, agencies and line managers, guiding all aspects of the temporary staffing process in accordance with policies and procedures and national guidelines.

As for what you’ll be doing: you will be responsible for the recruitment and deployment of temporary Admin, Medical and AHP workers in response to shortage demands across the Trust. You will need experience in establishing and maintaining effective administration systems and support the recruitment and deployment of bank and agency workers, ensuring full compliance.

You will be a strong relationship builder with internal stakeholders and previous experience of using Healthroster and TRAC is a strong advantage.

In return, we will support your professional development by way of our in-house courses and work with you to ensure that we help you on your road to becoming a credible temporary staffing leader of the future.

You will manage bookings of our in-house bank using the Allocate system and liaise with external agencies to provide cover in the event of us not being able to fill with bank workers.

In this role, you will

  • Deploy temporary admin, medical and AHP workers in response to shortage demands across the Trust.
  • Administer the recruitment process of bank and agency workers
  • Liaise with departments to cover shifts requests
  • Record bank staff availability and assist with adhoc reports
  • Manage the end to end temporary resourcing process

Building strong relationships will be your key to success. You’ll already have experience in providing a high quality customer service and will be confident when it comes to communicating verbally or in writing.
