Job Opportunity: Project Coordinator (12-Month Contract, Maternity Cover)

Location: Slough | Hybrid Working | 3 Days/Week (22.5 hours)

About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to join our team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. This part-time role (3 days per week) offers a dynamic hybrid working environment, based in Slough, and requires your presence between Monday and Thursday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for medical affairs programs and projects
• Manage DocuSign contracts, create purchase orders, and process invoices
• Collaborate closely with accounts, procurement, and legal teams
  
  
  

What We Need:

• Experience with SAP or OpenText systems
• Proficiency with numbers and Excel spreadsheets
• Experience in contract management, including renewals (training on Companion provided)
• Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Ability to hit the ground running and manage tasks efficiently
• Background or experience in the pharmaceutical or medical industry (beneficial)
