We are recruiting for Health Care Assistants and Support Workers in the Hampshire area.
As an agency worker you will have full flexibility of your own diary you can pick up shifts which suit you, there are no commitments or rolling rotas all we ask is if you do pick up a shift you commit to it so not to let the homes down.
Tasks
Duties will include:
Assisting with daily activities
Daily interaction to make service users day more enjoyable.
Conversation – be a listening ear, engage with residents.
Taking service users out on day trips etc.
Moving and Handling.
Personal Care.
Medication.
Assisting with meals.
Housework - General home clean, Laundry etc.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience working with families in a supportive role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Knowledge of community resources for health and social care services
