As Executive Nurse Director, you will be a key contributor to the transformation of NHS Tayside’s whole system health and care strategy, providing executive leadership of Nursing and Midwifery’s performance and activity. You will focus on sustaining and enhancing our culture of continuous quality improvement, where patients and service users are at the forefront of what we do.

You will demonstrate inspirational and passionate leadership, contributing to a culture where people are treated fairly and consistently, and are empowered to do their best work in service to the people of Tayside.
We are seeking an ambitious, driven and resilient individual with significant experience gained within a complex health environment. A strategic leader, you will demonstrate a proven track record of leading cultural change; ensuring quality and safety in patient care; sound financial management; and ensuring effective governance. You will be an effective communicator and motivator, committed to collaboration and partnership working, and the provision of high quality health and care across Tayside.
