As Executive Nurse Director, you will be a key contributor to the transformation of NHS Tayside’s whole system health and care strategy, providing executive leadership of Nursing and Midwifery’s performance and activity. You will focus on sustaining and enhancing our culture of continuous quality improvement, where patients and service users are at the forefront of what we do.

You will be an effective communicator and motivator, committed to collaboration and partnership working, and the provision of high quality health and care across Tayside.
