We are looking for a Recruitment Onboarding Specialist that will contribute in our continuous drive to bring top talents in the organization by performing various engagements and multi-faceted skill sets.
Key Responsibilities:
Roles and responsibilities include the following but not limited to:
Conducts and collates date for Reference Check
Salary fitment analysis and releasing the offer
Generation of offer letter and offer discussion
Keep warm for requirements and pending BGV documents
Collecting and reminding requirements of new hires
Receiving and tracking of pre-employment requirements from new hire
Transmittal of e-dockets to HR
Transmittal of received pending requirements
Transmittal of Advance BGV documents
Following up of pending pre-employment requirements
Updating the Select DB
Daily/Weekly/Monthly Selects Report
Updating of Job Offer Status in TA Dashboard
Updating database every 10th of the Month (exceptional approval)
Daily Selects Report to the Leaders
Facilitating Meet and Greet (Friday and Special Onboarding)
Induction Speaker
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in any field
At least 3 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition especially onboarding, BPO industry is preferred
Must have solid background in various hiring and assessment methodologies; and experience in volume recruiting in a fast-paced environment in a BPO/Shared Services environment
Knowledge in criteria-based interviewing is a definite advantage
Proficiency in end-to-end recruitment process
Must be amenable to work onsite in ourClark, Pampanga office on a mid-shift schedule
