The position:

It is a remote opportunity, you can be based in the UK, Germany, Poland or Netherlands.

As a NetSuite Technical Consultant at Everfield, you will be a key part of the Finance Integrations team. You will be playing a crucial role in executing and overseeing the successful integration of acquired companies into our organisation. You will be working on various parts of the data related to financials, working closely with multiple stakeholders at both internal and external levels. You will be closely working with the integrations team and finance team to ensure we build scalable processes and that solutions are built in NetSuite for present and future implementations. The integrations team acts as the core team for preparing and building NetSuite systems as per the business needs and performs data migration from Portfolio Companies.

The scope of the team is expected to scale with the company’s growth and maturity level. Everfield will scale from 13 portfolio companies currently, to approximately 90 companies in the next 4 years.

Responsibilities:

• Drive successful end-to-end NetSuite implementation projects, from gathering requirements to configuring, customizing, testing, and training.
• Implementation of the commercial processes for acquired Portfolio Companies: CRM integrations, Billing, and Revenue recognition.
• Develop and maintain integrations between NetSuite and other business applications, emphasising data accuracy and consistency.
• Develop custom code using SuiteScript to meet requirements.
• Building customizations.
• Be the trusted subject matter expert, providing troubleshooting and support to clients, resolving any system issues or concerns.
• Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate the integration process and minimize disruption to day-to-day operations.

Ideal candidate profile:

The position requires a self-starting personality that fits into an environment that is characterized by entrepreneurship. You will have the ability to manage many stakeholders across multiple, distinct businesses in varying stages of maturity.

• At least 7 years of NetSuite functional and technical experience in multi-subsidiary and multi-currency integrations with >100 users.
• Extensive experience implementing commercial SaaS processes: CRM integration, Revenue Recognition, Billing, and Project Time Management.
• Experience with implementing other finance business processes: P2P, R2R, Tax, etc.
• Experience with 3rd party systems integrations into NetSuite.
• SuiteScript 1.0, 2.0., 2.x
• Strong interpersonal skills with people across geographies, functions, and levels of the organization.
• Strong Project Management skills, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, measure progress and success and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas and concepts to diverse audiences.
