About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Solution Architect and is trusted by their peers to come up with the best solutions for any problem. Someone can also effectively perform the pre sales responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in architecting and developing applications using the MERN or MEAN stack. We look for phenomenal teammates who can tackle problems and deliver scalable and maintainable solutions. The engineers on the teams work across our stack on a wide range of projects and features with the main goal of bringing better technologies to patients.

Role & Responsibilities
Solution Architecture:
Design, architect, and develop scalable and robust applications using MERN/MEAN stack.
Create and maintain architectural blueprints, technical designs, and documentation.
Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the highest quality product platform.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of solutions.
Connect with the client to understand the requirements and propose effective solutions.
Prepare technical presentations, proposals, and demonstrations.
Engage with clients to gather technical requirements and provide technical support during the sales process.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Solution Architect with expertise in MERN/MEAN stack.
Strong experience in project management, preferably with certification (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master).
Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, and either React.js or Angular.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Excellent understanding of front-end and back-end development, including responsive design, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with other JavaScript frameworks and libraries.
Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
