Job Description
- Tibco EMS or IBM MQ or other Java messaging production support , Good understanding of Unix and Windows
- Detailed knowledge and support experience with the following products:
- Good experience of Middleware technologies in at one least one of the followong :
- Tibco EMS OR IBM MQ or equivalent JMS provider.
- Any experience of Tibco Rendezvous (RV) or IBM Connect:Direct is a bonus
- Good understanding of application support processes, change and incident processes
- Good knowledge of UNIX commands and shell scripting.
- Good experience in Database (oracle) running simple to moderate complex SQL querys.
- Hands-on experience of DR(disaster recovery) knowledge of Veritas Cluster Server (VCS) beneficial.
- Good understanding of change, incident and problem processes and related ITIL best practices
- Good working knowledge of Java Message Service APIs and ability to support application developers
