About The Role
We are looking to onboard an L&D Trainer for our client. Ideally somebody from a Sales background would be preferred, who has now moved to a Training/Learning team. Their major focus would include Sales Training, Corporate L&D and LMS, as well as Learning/Training Delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning opportunities across the organization.
- Design and develop engaging and effective learning programs, utilizing a variety of delivery methods (e.g., in-person workshops, online courses, mentorship programs, coaching).
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of learning content.
- Manage and deliver training programs, including facilitating workshops, coaching sessions, and mentoring activities.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive learning management system (LMS) to track and manage learning activities.
- Partner with business leaders to ensure that learning programs align with departmental and organizational goals.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging trends and best practices in learning and development.
- Manage the learning and development budget effectively.
