- Strong understanding and experience in Git and Git internals
- Working experience in development of multi-tier distributed systems in Java/Go
- Working experience in distributed system components involving load balancers, API gateway, service discovery, fault tolerance, caching, and real-time event processing
- Working experience with SQL/PLSQL, relational data management
- Strong understanding and working experience of container technology including container networking, security, image structure, and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes with Deployment, Services Daemonset, auto-scaling, CNI, Network Policies, scheduling & Eviction
- Strong hands-on experience in Linux and scripting
- Working experience in building dashboards and aggregating
- Good debugging, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Good to have skills:
- Experience with service mesh technologies like Istio/Linkerd in a microservices environment
- Hands-on experience in any of the CSPs (AWS/Azure/GCP)
