We deliver our property management services with custom developed software to simplify living and make life easier for property owners, association boards, residents and very importantly our own property management professionals. We make complex topics such as managing property finances and the daily maintenance of buildings easy, and we automate time-consuming everyday tasks so people can spend more time on things that they really enjoy.

About the role

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a journey to shape the global residential property management and technology industry. You will be responsible for defining and executing the strategy to drive Odevo Finland value creation. In a decentralised setting you will work closely with local management teams and the Group management team to reach the goals of the Finnish strategy program. You are the one who operationally and strategically holds projects together internally but also together with business stakeholders to ensure excellent results.

One important value driver for Odevo Finland will be to find new companies joining the group. Successful onboarding and value creation in these companies will be a central and important task to drive in this role.

You will leverage both your business acumen and leadership skills while at the same time delivering tangible business results. This role requires great personal ownership from you and provides an excellent opportunity to make a tangible difference in a fast-growing organization.
