The Nieder-Ramstädter Diakonie (NRD) foundation has been supporting people for over 120 years. As part of a structured succession plan, we are looking for a visionary IT manager (m/f/d) from 01.10.2024 to lead our extensive IT organization in an outsourcing environment. The focus here is on a cloud-first strategy and a focus on Microsoft technologies.

Your Tasks
Management of our internal IT department with 11 specialists to ensure smooth IT operations and the continuous improvement of our IT infrastructure
Continuation, further development and implementation of a future-oriented IT strategy with a focus on cloud solutions (including Azure, SAP public cloud)
Promotion and management of IT projects and innovation processes for the implementation of new technologies and the further development of digitalization
Cooperation with external service providers in the context of IT outsourcing
Close cooperation and support of our business and service areas in the context of digital transformation
Your Profile
Completed studies in the field of computer science / business informatics or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in a managerial IT position, ideally with a focus on IT outsourcing
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft technologies and cloud computing
Experience in the management of interdisciplinary IT projects and in the implementation of digitization measures
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop teams
Innovative thinking and acting as well as strong emotional intelligence in combination with excellent communication skills to inspire colleagues for new technologies
