Our client is a high-growth AI company focused on talent and HR segment. The company received more than $400 million (Series D) in funding from top VCs and a valuation of over $2B.
This role is a key leadership hire and will report to the Chief Product Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with the leadership, the engineering, and the product teams to develop and execute product roadmaps for a key high-growth line of business
Listen to customers to internalize and understand their talent challenges and develop a strategic product roadmap to address these needs
Build and develop a high-performing team of product leaders and product managers while fostering a culture of growth, customer obsession, and strategic thinking
Partner with key stakeholders to socialize and drive support for your vision across executive leadership, product design, marketing, customer success, and sales
Conduct in-depth analysis of the competitive landscape for talent acquisition and experience to develop differentiating products in the market
Understand the company's core technological strengths and work to integrate them into the products
Act as the general manager of the product line and drive the top line for the business in a capital-efficient fashion by partnering with marketing and sales
Closely track industry trends and adapt your product strategy accordingly
Develop and present strategic insights about the products, their competition and customer adoption
Qualifications:
10 years of product management experience with 5 years of product leadership experience
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or commensurate experience in a relevant field
Strong technical knowledge and understanding of enterprise SaaS products
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Track record of successful delivery of company-critical initiatives with experience doing so throughout all stages of the product life cycle
Exceptional ability to build and develop high-performing teams
Deep passion for understanding customer and market feedback
An aptitude for rapid learning
