We are looking for a high performing established contract recruitment leader who has experience running a large contract book, as well as managing a small to medium 360 contract recruitment team!

As the Vice President of Contract, you will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Owning, managing, and growing a specialist contract division out further
  • Overseeing a team of consultants focused on Business Development/Delivery within a specific US Contract Division. SAP recruitment experience is preferred but will consider all Tech backgrounds especially Data, Cyber Security and Cloud
  • Driving training within your team all focused on personal development of your consultants (ranging from training, process management, weekly monthly reviews, target setting etc)
  • Setting team targets to drive sales revenue of your team
  • Being involved with all processes from a focal point of contact perspective to ensure maximum deals
  • Establish the company's goals and objectives
  • Perform regular employee evaluations to determine areas of improvement
  • Design business strategies and plans to meet the company goals
  • Recruit and train new employees
