As the Vice President of Contract, you will be responsible for but not limited to:
Owning, managing, and growing a specialist contract division out further
Overseeing a team of consultants focused on Business Development/Delivery within a specific US Contract Division. SAP recruitment experience is preferred but will consider all Tech backgrounds especially Data, Cyber Security and Cloud
Driving training within your team all focused on personal development of your consultants (ranging from training, process management, weekly monthly reviews, target setting etc)
Setting team targets to drive sales revenue of your team
Being involved with all processes from a focal point of contact perspective to ensure maximum deals
Establish the company's goals and objectives
Perform regular employee evaluations to determine areas of improvement
Design business strategies and plans to meet the company goals
Recruit and train new employees
