Title: Investment Banking – Vice President

Salary: $250,000 – $275,000 Bonus

Location: New York, NY OR Charlotte, NC

Responsibilities:

• Support transaction execution and deal origination
• Work hand in hand with the Senior MD
• Advise on Buy/Sell side M&A activities
• Work on capital raising efforts and different capital markets products
• Engage in the due diligence process of deals
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior Bankers (Associates & Analysts)
• Analyze market data and understand current market trends based on real time date
• Experience and interest in REGAL (Real Estate, Gaming, Lodging & Leisure) is a MAJOR plus

Requirements:

• BA/BS with a major in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field
• Anywhere between 6 yrs – 8 yrs of relevant experience, only Banking or combination of Investment Banking and Corporate Advisory (ideally all within the Real Estate industry)
• STRONG M&A Exp is a must from buy-side & sell side
• Bulge bracket background is a big plus, or any of the Elite Boutique Banks
• MINIMUM 6 yrs of IB experience is ideal
