This outpatient position offers a unique opportunity to be an integrated member of a multidisciplinary team in an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate is a speech language pathologist who has previous work or internship experience working with young children and their families.
Requirements And Qualifications
Current Speech Therapy license or eligibility for licensure in the State of Ohio.
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team approach
Responsibilities
Provide speech therapy to clients in outpatient multidisciplinary team setting
Complete documentation in a timely manner consistent with agency and therapy department policies and procedures.
Collaborate, consult, and plan with other team members
Attend supervision, departmental, and agency meetings.
Attend continuing education opportunities to maintain current licensure.
Participate with supervisor in developing and implementing a plan for professional growth aligned with annual performance evaluation and agency goals.
Serve on agency committees.
