Position Overview: As a Senior Predictive Modeler, you'll play a key role in developing and implementing predictive models to drive business outcomes and support decision-making. Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Model Development: Develop predictive models using advanced statistical techniques, machine learning algorithms, and data mining methods to forecast future outcomes and identify trends and patterns in data
• Data Analysis: Analyze large and complex datasets to extract meaningful insights, identify relevant variables, and prepare data for modeling, ensuring data quality and integrity
• Feature Engineering: Engineer features and variables from raw data to improve model performance and predictive accuracy, using domain knowledge and statistical techniques
• Model Evaluation: Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and validation techniques, and iterate on model development to improve predictive accuracy and generalization
• Model Deployment: Deploy predictive models into production environments, collaborating with software engineering teams to integrate models into business applications and processes
• Data Visualization: Create clear and compelling visualizations to communicate model results, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders, using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, data engineers, and software developers, to understand requirements and deliver predictive analytics solutions that meet business needs
• Documentation: Document model development processes, methodologies, and findings in clear and concise reports, ensuring transparency and reproducibility of results

Qualifications:

• Master's or Ph.D. degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5 years of experience in predictive modeling, machine learning, or data science, with a focus on developing and implementing predictive models to solve real-world problems
• Proficiency in statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, and data mining techniques, with experience in Python, R, or similar programming languages
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex datasets, identify patterns, and extract actionable insights
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
