The Deltek Spec Solutions team plays a key role in the building design process for thousands of AE firms by providing critical information and industry-leading specification content in AIA MasterSpec. Position Responsibilities

• Develop Strategic Plans and Objectives:
• Create and execute comprehensive plans, objectives, actions, and measures to help drive the adoption of Specpoint in the AECOM customer base.
• Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and continuously improve the adoption strategy.
• Implement Training Programs:
• Design and implement both virtual and live training programs to support customers in adopting and effectively utilizing Specpoint and to cultivate product expertise among internal teams.
• Ensure training programs are engaging, informative, and aligned with customer needs.
• Advise on Product Features:
• Collaborate with the product team to advise on features and capabilities that enhance customer adoption and satisfaction.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback and data to inform product development priorities.
• Manage Deltek Pros Network:
• Implement and manage Deltek Pros, a network of third-party Specpoint certified product experts.
• Utilize this network as a resource for helping clients implement and manage Specpoint, including their specification projects and firm masters.
• Contribute to Product Strategy, Partnerships and Integrations:
• Play a key role in shaping the overall product strategy for specification solutions.
• Foster strategic partnership opportunities to enhance product offerings, integrations, and market reach.
• Serve as Product and Industry Evangelist:
• Act as a spokesperson for Deltek’s specification solutions, speaking at industry forums, Deltek events, and contributing to association activities.
• Engage in PR and media outreach to raise awareness and drive interest in Specpoint and other specification solutions.
  
  
  

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, preferably within the Design and Construction industry.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful product adoption strategies.
• Strong understanding of the industry and specification processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
• Experience in designing and implementing effective training programs.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage external partnerships.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
