Job Description
Broad responsibilities:
- Technical engagement ownership
- Success with implementation projects
- Working across the units in our account
- Developing a deep expertise in the AWS and other technologies used within the account
- Customer facing skills
- Drive discussions with senior personnel regarding trade-offs, best practices, risk mitigation
- Ability to think strategically about business, services, and technical challenges
- Delivery Team rep at onsite and key member supporting any technical discussions, proposals, conflicts
- Own each engagement, and help ensure a timely and successful delivery of value
- Capture and share best-practice knowledge and get it inculcated in the solution
