Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing messaging environments.
Hands-on experience with Exchange Online Tenant to Tenant migrations.
Capable of diagnosing incidents and troubleshooting during the migration process.
Experience in using PowerShell scripting for administration and migrations.
Proficient in Exchange Online management.
Experience working with and supporting 2019 hybrid deployments.
Serve as Tier 2/3 support for Exchange Online, MS Teams, Exchange on-premise, and email gateway via ServiceNow.
Act as the primary point of contact for major migration projects and support.
Responsible for mail routing and email security.
Knowledge of SMTP Relay.
Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory is required to support the messaging infrastructure.
Understanding of networking basics and information delivery over the network.
