One of New York City’s oldest law firms is currently looking to onboard a Leveraged Finance Associate who is driven, motivated to learn and poised to add immediate value in a dynamic and expanding client-facing practice.
Experience:
The desired candidate must have at least two years of experience representing banks, private credit lenders and/or borrowers in connection with complex lending transactions, including syndicated and bilateral credit facilities, acquisition financings and other leveraged and investment grade lending transactions. You must have strong experience running deals, managing teams, and drafting primary deal documents with excellent academic credentials and admission to practice in New York.
