The Home Builders Association of Michigan (HBAM) seeks an energetic and self-motivated individual with good communication and writing skills to assist its government relations team. This support shall include monitoring legislative activity and reporting on various issues that could impact the housing industry; providing support in scheduling meetings with elected and other government officials, coordinating association committee meetings and responding to information requests from members and local home builder associations around the state; drafting and editing policy-related communications and assisting our EVP of Government Relations with various tasks.
HBAM is a hybrid office with staff working both in-person and remote as necessary
