Amazon is seeking an experienced, self-motivated and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the Director of Engineering, PV Mobile & Fire TV and Sr. Principal Scientists for Prime Video.

You will possess the ability to complete complex tasks, and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Basic Qualifications
- 5 years of executive assistant experience
- 5 years of senior level leadership support, or 3 years of Amazon experience
- Experience with executive level calendar management
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
- Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
- Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
