Director of Collections

Our client is a growing collection agency looking for an experienced Director of Collections with 3rd party collection agency experience. In office or hybrid, depending on your location.

Responsibilities of Director of Collections include:

• Coach collection managers regarding collections policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with FDCPA, TCPA, FCRA and other government regulations and company policies.
• Monitor performance metrics.
• Provide leadership in quality and process improvement initiatives.
• Assist in hiring and training.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years recent experience managing at a collection agency.
• Hands-on with ability to mentor collection managers and collectors
• Strong on collection strategy and tactics including mid and large balance portfolios.
• Able to manage portfolios to hit targeted liquidation rates.
• Analytic abilities including working knowledge of Excel.

Will travel locally in Dallas area among 3 sites. Target salary $95,000 - $112,000 plus bonus.
