The CHS Digital Strategy Manager is responsible for building awareness, brand, and visibility of services provided by CHS across North Carolina through online opportunities including the CHS website, social media, email marketing, and digital advertising. Works closely with marketing directors to create engaging content for CHS’s online presence (web and social media) and digital advertising strategies. Major emphasis on keeping social media channels updated and brand focused while creating engaging content. Strong writing and independent working skills required. Experience with digital advertising and Google Analytics highly preferred.
Responsibility Overall
Manage social media and online presence.
Manage agency website content.
Manage marketing metrics, reporting, and dashboards.
Manage, in conjunction with directors, branded campaigns to engage businesses, organizations, and individuals to the mission of CHS.
Partner with Graphic Designer and Videographer to develop, design, produced, and distribute external marketing materials for the agency.
Work closely with outside agencies to manage website, email marketing, and digital marketing efforts.
Proactively seek, plan, and create content for CHS’s online presence
Qualifications
Education/Experience
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.
3-5 years’ marketing experience (social media and web
Marketing, Social Media, Web Development, Digital Advertising
Skills and Proficiency in:
Demonstrated knowledge of digital media and website design and content creation
Strong writing and proofreading skills
Above average technological skills and technical capabilities with computers and software
Knowledge of digital advertising principles and practices
Proficiency with computer systems and MS Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), Adobe Creative Suite (including In Design, Photoshop, Illustrator), Constant Contact, WordPress, HubSpot, Social Media Management platforms, other software
Planning, organization and time management, oral and written communication
