Position Overview

  • Harte Hanks is seeking a talented and experienced CRM Architect to join our team. The Architect will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing customer service programs leveraging Salesforce, and other CRM solutions. Additionally, this role will involve leading a team of CRM administrators to ensure the successful deployment and ongoing maintenance of Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of customer service programs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient technical solutions.
  • Lead the architecture and design of complex Salesforce implementations, including integrations with other systems and platforms.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of CRM administrators, ensuring alignment with best practices and standards.
  • Conduct regular assessments of Salesforce architecture and recommend enhancements or optimizations to improve performance and scalability.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce capabilities, best practices, and emerging trends, providing guidance to internal teams and clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
  • Stay informed about Salesforce updates, releases, and new features, evaluating their potential impact and relevance to customer service programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified System Architect a must.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions, with a focus on customer service programs.
  • Proven expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and development using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other relevant technologies.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including data model, security model, and integration capabilities.
  • Experience leading and mentoring a team of CRM administrators, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
