Annual Salary

80,870.40 - 126,484.80 USD

JOB SUMMARY:

The Clinic Manager I is responsible for the overall management of the assigned service line/clinic(s). Ensures that the service line is providing optimum patient service. Serves as advisory personnel manager to Clinic Supervisors and/or Leads where applicable, in order for all non-provider staff to maximize productivity by ensuring high energy and morale. Coordinates with other relevant OMC departments to address facilities management, human resource, finance and marketing needs for the service line. Works with OMP Administration to incorporate OMC strategic planning and development. Assists OMP Administration and OMC Chief Financial Officer in the preparation of annual budget. Monitors, provides statistical reporting and implements changes necessary to comply with budget, maximize revenues, maintain adequate cash flow and comply with government and oversight agency regulations. Works with OMC Administration, Hospital Administration and Clinical Directors to ensure the highest standards of practice performance by providing timely information regarding current status of clinic and actively participates in annual Service Line Planning and Operations. Supervises Clinic Supervisors and Leads within the service line and coordinates closely with Clinical Director and other clinic providers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education

  • Associate’s Degree in Healthcare Administration required, or 2 years healthcare leadership experience in lieu of degree.

Experience

  • Five years experience in a health care clinic setting required.
  • Two years of supervisory experience required.

Licensure/Credentials

  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required within 90 days of hire.

      • PTO PSL (Paid Sick Leave): If you are sick or caring for a sick family member, you may wish to use the PTO PSL bank in order to receive the protections of WA State’s Paid Sick Leave. You can also use the PTO PSL bank just like you use your PTO bank (meaning you do not have to be sick to use this bank).
  • Extended Illness Bank
    • Accrues based on hours worked, equivalent to 4 days per year for a full -time employee (pro-rated for part-time). Maximum of 480 hours allowed in bank. Accrued time may be used to cover illnesses beginning the 4th scheduled consecutive day of work missed due to illness.
