Role Description:
This is a full-time role for a Business Development Associate located in the Nashville, TN area. This role is an on-site position in office five days a week. This position is designed to provide a path for motivated and driven individuals to progress into Business Development Managers.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients and contractors to understand their needs and deliver solutions.
- Manage projects and ensure timely delivery.
- Develop leadership skills and mentor junior team members.
- Research industries related to consulting to become a subject matter expert.
- Build strong client relationships through clear communication.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
