Assistant Director of Athletics

Kent Place School seeks an Assistant Director of Athletics to support and enhance the daily operations of the school athletics program and evolve the interscholastic athletics programs and experiences for all student-athletes. Responsibilities include managing all aspects of the athletics schedule, including transportation and facilities use; site supervision of athletic contests; collaborating with coaches regarding schedule and team needs; enforcing policies and procedures for game day operations; managing the athletics department database; supporting the Director of Athletics with department operations, supervising middle school coaches; and coaching up to two seasons per academic year. Full job description can be viewed here. Requirements: Bachelor's degree, 2 years of experience in an administrative athletics role, demonstrated leadership experience and prior coaching experience. Candidates should possess strong communication, technology and social medial skills, including experience with Blackbaud and proficiency with Google Suite.
