Real Chemistry is looking for a Account Manager, Performance Marketing join our growing team!

Job Summary

The Account Manager, Performance Marketing, is responsible for executing day-to-day projects and client deliverables across one to two accounts. You’ll be the day-to-day partner to clients and will leverage your developing knowledge of performance marketing to support performance marketing strategy development and delivery. You will activate omni-channel digital first marketing and advertising campaigns for our clients, leveraging your capabilities in dynamic ad creative, CRM, personalization, gathering actionable insights and the adtech and martech ecosystems.

What You’ll Do

Client Relationship

  • You’ll be the main Real Chemistry point of contact with the client marketing team, developing and maintaining meaningful and productive client relationships to ensure that strategic recommendations and deliverables surpass client expectations
  • Initiate on-going communication with clients to manage and align expectations, ensure staffing resources and performance expectations are met.
  • Provide proactive counsel on research findings, campaign results, the external marketplace, competitive pressures and brand influences, gains consensus on creative ideas, and develop strategic initiatives
  • Manage multiple client engagements of varying sizes in a fast-paced environment

Strategy

  • Collaborate with internal team and client peers to support strategic solutions that respond to business and communications challenges with healthcare professionals, patients and caregivers.
  • Create thoughtful, clear, concise decks that outline business objectives, POVs, strategic plans, etc.
  • Provide counsel and guidance internally and with client on guiding creative and placement optimizations
  • Provide strong input on KPIs for program success and performance data. Guiding the team on all reporting outputs.
  • Thoroughly understand Real Chemistry’s capabilities and demonstrate a passion for healthcare, digital and communications to help spot opportunities for the client to achieve greater success for their business and brand, reach a broader audience and use all the tools at their disposal

Operations

  • Work to ensure smooth orchestration of activities across client, Real Chemistry and clients’ partner agencies.
  • Inspire and lead internal teams to deliver flawlessly
  • Serve as the first line escalation point for execution and project challenges, utilizing technical and influence skills to problem solve and keep projects on-time and on-budget
  • Partner with practice and shared service leads throughout the business to identify opportunities to streamline, elevate and innovate our tactical processes, incorporating feedback from direct reports
  • Work directly with Account leads and Media counterparts to develop, vet, and execute campaign scopes and ensures all team members are tracking to responsibility/budget

What You Should Have

  • You’ve achieved a midlevel account management/client services or project management role at a pharmaceutical/advertising/healthcare or biotech agency or client-side organization
  • You have great organizational, writing and communication skills across both external and internal audiences
  • You have at least a couple of years managing a client’s performance marketing/advertising-driven activities across display, video, social and search
  • Must have strong knowledge of the platforms and data used to support and measure the overall performance of the campaign
  • Fundamental understanding of media platforms (AdWords, DoubleClick, MediaMath, Trade Desk, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) and processes, and general familiarity with tag management tools (GTM or Tealium)
  • Exceptional project management skills: demonstrated ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines, prioritize and manage detailed budgets
  • Knowledge of medical/scientific/technical terminology and clinical data on assigned projects/accounts. Managed Markets experience preferred

Pay Range: $63,000.00 – 75,000.00

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.  Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location.
