Job Title: Specification Technologist

Location: Market Harborough, Leicestershire

Salary: Up To £35,000

Hours: Monday to Friday (Hybrid) - Must be commutable to the site

Responsibilities:

Legislation along with customer codes of practice
Labelling Compliance
Documentation of procedures
Raw Material Specification OR Finished Product
Liaising with suppliers
Liaising with Internal & External Departments on Specification Compliance
Artwork technical labelling

The Candidate:

Degree in Food Safety/Food Science/ Food Technology or Similar.
Experience Writing Specifications within the food industry (Desirable)
Experience in any technical role within the food industry (Essential)
