Organisational Development Lead

Are you an OD specialist with significant experience in influencing, motivating and negotiating with a range of stakeholders? Are you an excellent communicator able to engage with staff at all levels?

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Organisational Development Lead to support the transition of the clinical teams across UHBW and NBT into single services.

The role involves planning and engaging with individuals across both organisations to bring teams together with minimal disruption to their services.

This is a full time fixed term position for 12 months. The post-holder will be located within the Acute Provider Collaborative (APC) team in Trust Headquarters, at both NBT & UHBW, providing expert OD advice on all aspects of the group model.

The post holder will be instrumental in supporting the delivery of the Joint Clinical strategy, bringing the teams together to ensure they continue to deliver their services seamlessly and with minimal disruption during the transition.

The main role responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Acting as an OD consultant delivering team building and intervention solutions
  • Provide KPI and other data relevant to the culture of the organisation
  • Reporting to the APC governance meetings
  • Leading on the recognition framework across the teams
  • Developing evaluation models to ensure the successful integration of services
