  • 1:1 and small group support for pupils aged 3-7 across the syllabus.
  • ‘Good’ primary school.

Requirements:

At least a 2:1 bachelor’s degree in education, or a related field.

Drive to improve the attainment of young learners.

A passionate and flexible personality.

Commitment to following safeguarding procedures.

Prior experience of working in a school setting, or with children, is preferable.

The Role:

1-2-1 and small group interventions to support the development of young pupils.

Assisting teaching staff in the planning and delivering of engaging lessons that aid the development of basic literacy and numeracy skills.

Adapting learning materials to suit the unique needs of each pupil.

Attending staff meetings and parents’ evenings.

Assisting staff in the running of extracurricular activities.
