So how can you contribute as part of the ShareFile team? We are searching for someone who can help us make a little magic for our customers and their clients every day. We want someone who enjoys speaking with potential customers on a daily basis and is confident in communicating our Solutions. Your success in this role will be determined by how proactive you are, how well you use all the resources available to you, and your ability to research & learn.

In the role of Inside Sales - Direct Europe, you will be responsible for a large pool of customers across Germany, and the rest of europe, who purchase directly with ShareFile.This pool of customers have been largely self service , so there is a great opportunity to offer support and add value during the pursuit of further sales. The goal of this role is to increase our market share across our key verticals, Grow our customers usage and adoption in our current install base and hit your yearly and quarterly sales targets for bringing on board new logos.

This includes:

  • Prospecting & creating strategic campaigns 80% of your day
    • Outreach via approved prospecting tools - Salesloft & LinkedIn
  • Creating quotes and executing the administration of a sale
    • Quoting through Salesforce
    • Having customers sign contracts using Sharefile E-signature tool.
  • Demonstrate & Articulate our product and how it solves our customers needs
    • Virtual Demonstrations
    • Use our Sales Engineer resources to assist with technical questions
  • Build Relationships quickly
    • Talking to real people everyday with empathy and understanding
    • Good listening skills & objection handling
  • Keep our CRM up to date with notes and activities
  • Accurately forecast weekly to your manager



Basic Qualifications:

  • University degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-3 years experience in direct phone sales
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • 1 additional language - German, French or Spanish
  • Residing in the UK or Ireland

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with CRM, Salesforce preferred
  • Experience with Linkedin, Salesloft & Zoom info
