This process aims to adapt our offerings to the specific needs and requirements of each client. Consultancy: Consultancy is aimed at clients of an entrepreneurial nature. Job description: MISSION / PURPOSE Provide second-line (specialized) support to ensure the proper functioning, availability, and security of the said Business Applications for end users, other Information Systems teams, and external entities. Support communication with different areas of the organization and external entities concerning the optimization, introduction, and/or design of solutions. Take responsibility for specific areas of support and application management. TASKS Manage and maintain the application systems in the production environment, ensuring their functionality, performance, and optimal use at both the computational resource level and the end-user level, as well as the quality of information available in the applications. Provide daily support to users and the technological infrastructure by identifying and resolving any issues that impede normal work progression, seeking solutions to improve the performance of users and systems. Offer specialized support to key users in the respective areas related to the application systems. Act as a privileged liaison with suppliers to ensure communication integrity with them. Manage systems and changes related to applications, promoting necessary corrections and interventions (version upgrades, applying patches/hot fixes, etc.), and the associated documentation and tests. Enhance the use of systems and applications among key users in the respective areas related to the applications. Manage development and/or quality environments at the systems and applications level, whenever they exist. Perform internal developments of varying complexity depending on the system and application in question. Manage application implementation projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines and objectives, as well as direct management of the project team members and all associated logistics. Collaborate with the Systems Area in defining operational policies for applications, including security procedures. Collaborate/prepare the evaluation of proposals in the context of consultation processes. Collaborate/prepare the gathering of functional requirements with a view to consultation processes. Provide support in the creation of manuals/training actions whenever justified. REQUIREMENTS Academic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Management, Computer Engineering, or similar fields, alternatively, qualifications and proven experience deemed suitable for the performance of the function will be accepted. Knowledge Technical- Professional Languages Portuguese – Fluent Level English – Fluent Level IT Skills User-level IT skills Specific IT applications for the area Training in the scope of SHST Occupational Health and Safety Risk Management Environmental Management Emergency Management Other Requirements: N/A Professional Experience Preferably, a minimum of 2 years of experience as a systems analyst or professional experience deemed suitable in the area related to the said Business Applications.
