What you will do:

• Establish a clear product vision and ensure alignment with organizational goals, regularly communicating this vision to the team and stakeholders.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and customer needs.
• Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure the development team understands the requirements and objectives.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather input and align project goals with business needs.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and the development team.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitive products.
• Ensure the product meets regulatory standards and maintain high-quality standards.

What you should know/have to succeed in this role:

• More than 3 years in agile product management
• Experience leading cross-functional teams
• Proven track record of successfully launching products
• Experience in market research and competitive analysis
• Strong background in creating and managing product roadmaps
• Desirable certificates: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Product Management Certification)
