Product owner business analist 7 Months Freelance Contract

As a product owner, we ask you to perform the following activities, and you are responsible for

• managing the product backlog of your scrum team; clearly describing the items/stories and prioritizing them so that the scrum team understands and can pick them up,
• monitoring the progress of the features and stories for which your team is set up,
• the quality and applicability of delivered products,
• the ensure coordination between the architects and designers in the program team and your scrum team,
• the coordination and involvement of the relevant stakeholders in the features and stories,
• helping to prepare the features, and testing them and the design products together with your scrum team against the definition of ready together with the program team
• the coordination with the release manager,
• the necessary controls and metrics at the agreed times and that these are carried out within set frameworks (including incident management, IT performance and security are part of this) and that development takes place in accordance with the framework document
  
  
  

Requirements

As a product owner

• you participate in daily standups, team demo, sprint planning, team retrospective, PO sync, PI planning, program and team backlog refinement, system demo, Inspect & Adapt and release management meetings,
• you are involved in the Kanban of the program team; helping with the preparation of the PI event
• you inspire the scrum team by facilitating and emphasizing autonomy, craftsmanship and added value
• you actively participate in the continuous improvement process and reserve time to implement improvements
• you work together with
  
  

IV architects and business to coordinate on technological components of changes and silos.

Key words are: cooperation, communication, creating clarity about the content, ensuring progress and monitoring milestones.
