Junior Development & Compensation Analyst

Support the Group Development & Compensation Department in the definition of the strategic and operational guidelines for development, training and compensation for all the Companies of the Group.

Key Activities and Responsibilities:

• Organize and manage the Training offer and Group activities, in line with the development policies;
• Support training initiatives and related internal communication campaigns;
• Manage the process of requesting and obtaining funding for training through the main sectoral inter-professional funds (Formazione Finanziata);
• Implement strategic guidelines and actions regarding People development and engagement processes in general;
• Oversee the Performance Management process, managing the various phases of the process;
• Promote change management initiatives within the Group;
• Analyze training data and monitor Development KPI in order to support the annual strategy;
• Manage the Learning platform offer and promote the Company Learning tools;
• Support the internal communication initiatives and corporate events;
• Organize the Employer Branding activities.
