Use programming as a tool to solve problems, Design and code the excellent workflow, features, or modules
Leading development, promoting observability and maintainability standards that lead to an increase in scalability, availability, and reliability over time.
Effectively provide solutions to both technical and non-technical issues brought up by the team members.
Own end-to-end product development - understanding the ecosystem of why, where, and whom you are developing for, and be proactive in course correcting towards efficiency each day
Promote software development best practices and agile engineering that drive well architected٫ testable٫, and efficient coding practices.
Keep up to date with trends and versions of the technology, and tinker with all the new upgrades into time-tested technologies.
Qualification :
4-8 yrs of development experience in Fullstack Development/Backend Development
Expertise in Backend Technologies like Python/Nodejs/Java or Fullstack Angular/React
Experience in any databases, Linux/Unix Commands and Shell Scripting
Ability to write well-documented, clean Javascript code
Working with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflicts
Understanding of REST APIs, the document request model, and offline storage
Experience with automated testing suites, like Jest or Mocha is an added advantage
Good communication skills, Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
Good system design and Database architecture skills will be preferred
