Role & Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

-Develop and articulate a clear vision and strategy for learning and development that supports

the long-term growth and success of the organization.

-Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to understand business priorities, talent needs, and performance gaps, and translate them into actionable learning initiatives.

-Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in learning and

development to drive innovation and continuous improvement.


Program Development and Delivery:

-Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses to identify learning priorities and develop targeted learning interventions for the corporate and sales teams.

-Design and deliver engaging and impactful learning experiences, including instructor-led

training, virtual sessions, e-learning modules, and experiential learning activities.

-Partner with subject matter experts to develop high-quality training materials, resources, and

tools that meet the diverse learning needs of our employees.


Measurement and Evaluation:

-Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluation criteria to measure the effectiveness

and impact of learning initiatives on employee performance, engagement, and business

outcomes.

-Implement robust evaluation methodologies, such as surveys, assessments, and focus groups, to gather feedback and insights from learners and stakeholders.

-Use data and analytics to track progress against learning goals, identify trends and patterns, and make data-driven decisions to optimize learning programs and resources.


Leadership and Team Development:

-Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing team of learning professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to foster their growth and career advancement.

-Cultivate a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the learning and Development team, promoting knowledge sharing and cross-functional partnerships.

-Foster strong relationships and partnerships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and

industry associations to leverage resources and expertise in support of our learning objectives.


Qualification, Experience and Skill Sets:

-Bachelor’s Degree in Science / Pharmacy/ Human Resources or related field; Master’s degree essential.

-Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in learning and development leadership roles,

with a proven track record of success in designing, delivering, and evaluating learning programs.

-Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships,

influence stakeholders, and communicate complex concepts effectively to diverse audiences.

-Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mind-set and a passion for driving organizational growth and performance through learning and development initiatives.
