Medanta is constantly growing its digital healthcare services, launched homecare and has also very recently entered into Retail vertical by setting up lab services (outside hospital) & Retail Pharmacy. We further plan to scale up our existing facilities, expand into few more geographical areas and also identify new avenues within healthcare eco-system.

Responsibilities:

• Edit raw video footage to create polished, professional videos that align with the company's vision and objectives.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and promotional materials.
• Incorporate graphics, animations, special effects, and other visual elements to enhance video content.
• By adhering to brand guidelines and maintaining a high editing standard, ensure the consistency and quality of video output.
• Manage and organize video files, including importing, exporting, and archiving.
• Review and make necessary revisions based on feedback from stakeholders.
• Manage the external vendor, briefing them, giving them input on improvements, and getting faster delivery.
• Manage end-to-end video content, from conceptualization to final production.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in video editing and production.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Solid understanding of video formats, codecs, and compression techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table is essential.
• Knowledge of color grading, audio editing, and sound design is a plus.
• Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) is an advantage.
• Preference will be given to candidates with a hospital background.
