Key Responsibilities

• Create City sales plans and scale business in alignment with business objectives
• Support the state with day-to-day operation
• Evaluate Brand and individual performances
• Report on sales results, progress
• Forecast quarterly and annual growth plans
• Identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople
• Prepare, monitor and review the annual operating plan for the area of responsibility
• Analyze market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
• Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
• Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition
• Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase partner satisfaction
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in relevant field
• Ability to measure and analyse key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
• Understanding of City operations
• Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
• Availability to travel as needed
• Graduate, PG in Business Administration or relevant field will be advantage
