We are currently seeking a highly skilled technical support engineer to join our team, this position will be based in Barcelona, Spain.


Role Responsibilities:


  • Provide technical support for photovoltaic new energy products, including system design, plan formulation, and technical consultation.
  • Engage in technical communication with customers, understanding their needs, formulating appropriate solutions, and offering corresponding technical suggestions.
  • Assist the sales team in conducting product demonstrations and addressing customer inquiries regarding product performance, technical specifications, etc.
  • Take responsibility for customer product selection recommendations, product application training, on-site technical guidance.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about the latest technology trends and market competition in the industry.
  • Provide technical support and suggestions for the company's product development and sales based on market insights.


Position Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree or above in an appropriate engineering field or equivalent.
  • Over 3 years of experience in product development or technical support in the new energy/power industry.
  • Technical background in photovoltaic power generation systems or related industries, with familiarity in photovoltaic products such as solar panels, inverters, brackets, etc.
  • Strong technical communication skills and customer service awareness, capable of understanding and addressing customer needs.
  • Proficient problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently analyze and resolve technical issues.
  • Good learning ability and adaptability, able to quickly grasp and master the technical knowledge of the company's new products.
  • Ability and willingness to travel internationally and adapt to a multicultural work environment.
  • Fluent in both Italian and English.
