Our Human Resources Business Partner aims to establish a strategic connection between human resources, the client, and the business, thereby ensuring support, advice, guidance, and focus on the corporate strategy through engagement with employees from different accounts. They will promote the employee experience and benefits, and ensure proper behavior, conflict resolution, and a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Communication with the operations area: Coordinates and manages plans, initiatives or activities within the HR framework. Works with the operations and HR team to ensure that employees are motivated, fulfill their responsibilities and generate added value to the client's operation.
- Emergency responder: Provides immediate solutions to serious emergencies in administrative and human management issues.
- Strategic Partner: Designs and implements account-level strategies for chronic challenges. He is a key point of contact with the client or whoever he designates on HR issues.
- Employee Mediator: Creates sustained solutions to individual employee challenges. Represents LSG's HR management in front of the client, therefore, maintains active communication with the client in everything related to the development and growth of employees.
- Resolve doubts and problems of employees regarding the functioning of the organization and what is expected of their work.
- Approach and assignment of specific accounts for monitoring.
- Manage company resources that are allocated to employees for their professional and human development. In these and other initiatives he works together with other directors of the HR department.
- Carry out controls, reports and reports both for internal levels of the organization and for the external clients.
- Carry out measurements or evaluations of satisfaction, commitment levels and other measurements for decision making.
- Supervise and manage the career plans of employees assigned to the accounts under their control, responsibility. As well as the other training needs required as much as by the customer as well as by the employees themselves.
- Changes in labor regulations.
- Verification of billing to the client, support to the Remuneration and compensation area.
- All functions inherent to your position.
Qualifications.
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, administration, international relations, international business, related careers.
- 5 years of experience in human resources generalist, human resources coordination among others.
- Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
