Come be part of the Procurement Department of ExxonMobil Business Support Center Brasil Ltda. at our Global Business Center (GBC) in Curitiba, with more than 21 years of presence in the country and a workforce of ~1800 employees, that provides support to an extensive portfolio of businesses across the globe. Our offices are located in Brazil, USA, Europe and Asia.

What Role You Will Play In Our Team
Come join our Procurement Oversight team to help drive desired behavior across procurement processes, evaluate and control risks through quality checks, create effective monitoring tools, and collaborate with acquisition, supply chain and payables teams based around the world.

What You Will Do

• Support the Procurement risk management in conducting internal compliance reviews
• Report, monitor and support corrective action plans
• Constant process efficiency review and implementation of process automation.
• Review Procurement processes to identify risks and potential issues
• Implement and perform mitigating controls
• Suggest additional controls or changes to existing controls
  
  

About You
We are seeking an Analyst who excels in dynamic environments, with strong data analytical skills, including the ability to identify potential issues and propose corrective actions. Also, it is fundamental to be proactive, possess problem-solving skills, be highly organized, pay attention to detail and have the ability to maintain accurate records. Technical Requirements include:

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
• Previous experience with Procurement, Payables, Supply Chain, Controls and/or related areas.
• Knowldge of standard office-productivity tools, such as Excel data manipulation functions
• Working knowledge of using SharePoint, Tableau, Power BI
• Ability to quickly absorb and understand application functionality in related field
