Job Description
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
Personal Responsibilities and Joint Accountabilities regarding any or some of the following KPAs, depending on the nature and scope of the agreement between the Chief Director: SALA, Campus Director, Senior Faculty Administrator and relevant Faculty Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
Execute all the activities regarding the administration of marks within the Faculty of Law (PC)
Compile the assessment plans for all FLAW modules per semester
Compile relevant information wrt date of assessments and relevant timelines
Provide academic staff with relevant information
Administration wrt participation marks, half year marks and final marks
Upload and finalisation of marks
Amendment of marks
Upload of module statistics on Nextcloud
Assessment support
Examination paper process per semester – internal process and moderation process
Support to undergraduate management
Perusal process
Curriculum control
Record management
Admissions
Evaluation of the PGDIp in Labour Law applications.
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 (NQF level 4).
A minimum of 1 year experience with adequate knowledge of the higher education sector, knowledge of student lifecycle administrative support systems and processes.

Key Functional / Technical Competencies
Proven operational knowledge of the management and operations in regard of general academic administration at a higher education level.
Excellent writing and oral communication skills.
Demonstration of language proficiency to function optimally in the various multilingual environments of the NWU.

High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
Strong problem solving, analytical and abstract reasoning skills.
