Hamlyn Williams is partnered with a leading Web3/Blockchain company seeking a Vice President of Product. This position will be reporting to the COO. It will drive consensus across Product, Development, Marketing, and various other business stakeholders and lead an intelligent team of Product Managers.
This is a fully remote role, based in the US (must be a US Citizen)
Responsibilities:
- Driving end-to-end product development strategy and process, from conception to launch, ensuring the successful delivery of innovative solutions that meet customer needs and align with the company's long-term goals while meeting regulatory/compliance mandates
- Lead the product roadmap process by working closely with marketing, sales, and executive leadership teams to build and execute product release/roll-out plans.
- Weigh difficult tradeoffs, considering product, customer, engineering, compliance, and security requirements against delivery time and resources
- Partner closely with senior leadership, development teams, business strategy, and stakeholders to define/align product vision, strategy, and roadmaps
Qualifications:
- 10 years of working as a Product Manager with 5 years of managing product teams with some experience in the start-up space- Required
- Web3/Blockchain experience- Required
- Able to work in an ever-changing environment
- Excellent communication/written skills and able to communicate clear expectations to others
